Law Enforcement Officials for Victim Justice

We, the undersigned, are the nation’s thin blue line. We walk the beats, cruise the neighborhoods, put our lives in harm’s way each day, so that our neighbors might live more safely. We are administrators, chiefs, commanders, and beat cops. We know first hand the cost of crime on society and on crime’s victims.

We also know how our court system denies basic rights to crime victims every day. This victimization is often as devastating as the crime itself. To end this recurring injustice, we support the Kyl-Feinstein Crime Victims Rights Amendment. We urge every member of the Senate and the House to pass it on to the States for ratification.
